At CastorDoc we believe that data people spend too much time to find and understand data assets. Our product is plug-and-play, fun to use, and collaborative. It automates painful governance tasks. By doing so, we enable every employee to find, understand, and consume data assets.

Created in 2020, by four data lovers who all experienced firsthand the pain of exploring data, Castor is already running in leading unicorns such as Deliveroo, BackMarket, Gorgias, Stuart, ManoMano, and Vestiaire Collective.

Our team, 40 people strong, is made of experts or soon-to-be expert in their domains, sharing a common vision on how to impact companies through data. That vision is bold. To support it, we raised a 25m€ from Frst, Blossom, and accomplished Business Angels (founders of Dataiku, Zenly, Vestiaire Collective, etc).

👨‍💻 About the role 👩‍💻

We are looking for a Senior or Principal Product Manager to join our growing team.

That person should know how to make people say what they need, what are their pains, what they’re missing. You will be joining our product team along with Anthony, Coralie, Claire, Nicolas and Arnaud

Our vision is to Improve the Data Experience and Democratise Data access

We do this following 3 tracks

🎯 Discovery: We empower people to find, understand and leverage their data assets

🏗️ Build Assets: We fasten the creation of new data assets, via helping users write SQL

🏎️ Drive: We empower data leader to improve their data environment’s health

Who are we looking for:

Experience: You already have a strong experience in a product role, discovery new product needs, building roadmaps, specifying and delivering fully-fledged features
Problem solver: You have strong problem-~~solving~~ digging skills. Then and only then, you obsess with coming up with the best possible solutions to fit our users' needs.
Tech curiosity: You are constantly curious to understand how things work. You are excited to discover a technical environment. We heavily leverage AI and GenAI, you’re likely to leverage it in solution designed
Impact maker: You do not simply go along the way, you make sure the value gets to the end user, no matter how.
Communication & collaboration skills: You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precisely articulating customer problems.
A fluent French and English speaker. This is mandatory.
