At Coalesce we believe that people do not need to be data experts to find, understand and use data. We’ve developed a Data Catalog product that is plug-and-play, easy, and collaborative. It automates painful data governance tasks to create a centralized knowledge hub that empowers teams to easily discover, interpret, and leverage their organization's information assets.

The product was created in 2020 as an independent company, CastorDoc, by four data lovers who experienced firsthand the pain of dealing with data, the Catalog product is already running in leading data teams at Freeport McMoran, Veolia, Deliveroo, RentTheRunway, ManoMano, Vestiaire Collective, or Payfit. CastorDoc was acquired by Coalesce.io in February 2025, the two teams have joined forced to build the best data management platform on the market.

The Coalesce overall team of 120 people is made of experts in their domains, sharing a common bold vision to impact companies through data. To support it, we raised a total of 100m$

👨‍💻 About the role 👩‍💻

We are looking for a Senior or Principal Product Manager to join our growing team.

That person should know how to make people say what they need, what are their pains, what they’re missing. You will be joining our product team along with Anthony, Coralie, Greg, Sanober and Arnaud

The catalog vision is to Improve the Data Experience and Democratise Data access

We do this following 3 missions

🎯 Discovery: Help Data Analyst and Business User discover what they need to decide

🏗️ Governance Architecture: Enable data leaders to establish their governance rules for compliant and seamless contribution projects management

🏎️ Contribute: Increase documentation speed and efficiency [Your Squad]

Who are we looking for:

Experience: You already have a strong experience in a product role, discovery new product needs, building roadmaps, specifying and delivering fully-fledged features
Problem solver: You have strong problem-~~solving~~ digging skills. Then and only then, you obsess with coming up with the best possible solutions to fit our users' needs.
Tech curiosity: You are constantly curious to understand how things work. You are excited to discover a technical environment. We heavily leverage AI and GenAI, you’re likely to leverage it in solution designed
Impact maker: You do not simply go along the way, you make sure the value gets to the end user, no matter how.
Communication & collaboration skills: You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precisely articulating customer problems.
A fluent French and English speaker. This is mandatory.
