CastorDoc is a metadata management platform that helps companies leverage data at scale. We help people find, understand and use data, regardless of their skillset. Our product is plug-and-play, automated, and collaborative. It makes the painful documentation task, feel like a breeze.

Created in 2020, by four data lovers who experienced firsthand the pain of exploring data, Castor is already running in leading unicorns such as Panasonic, Deliveroo, RentTheRunway, BackMarket, HomeServe, Stuart, ManoMano, Vestiaire Collective, or Fatsly.

We have a bold vision to improve our product. To support it, we raised a 23.5m€ Series A round from Blossom, Frst and accomplished Business Angels (founders of Dataiku, Zenly, Vestiaire Collective, etc).

👨‍💻 About the role 👩‍💻

We're seeking a dynamic US Partnerships Lead to drive the launch of our partnership program. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in forging strategic alliances with consulting firms in the US and beyond, with the aim of driving revenue growth through mutually beneficial partnerships. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll take full ownership of the partnership initiative in the US, cultivating new relationships and nurturing existing ones to exponentially increase revenue generated through partnerships within the first year.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and executing a comprehensive Partnership Strategy
  • Identifying, prospecting, and onboarding consulting firms as strategic partners
  • Strengthening relationships with current partners to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Spearheading initiatives to increase CastorDoc's share of revenue generated through partnerships
  • Proactively seeking out new partnership opportunities and capitalizing on them
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize partnership success
