It automates painful governance tasks to define a source of truth that can be leveraged by our AI assistant to answer every data questions.

Created in 2020, by four data lovers who all experienced firsthand the pain of exploring data, Castor is already running in leading unicorns such as Deliveroo, Ecovadis, BackMarket, Rolex, Stuart, ManoMano, Vestiaire Collective, or Pleo.

We have a bold vision to improve our product. To support it, we raised $26m from Frst and Blossom as well as successful Business Angels (founders of Dataiku, Zenly, Vestiaire Collective, etc).

👨‍💻 About the role 👩‍💻

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help us convert leads into deals. The concept is simple. In the short term, we are looking for a closer, responsable for building pipeline, managing deals throughout complex entreprise sales cycles, closing and expanding customer. In the long run, we are looking for a leader that will help us build the sales culture at Castor & drive the business strategy. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Be the sales lead for France and EMEA. We have too many leads in France and in Europe that we can’t handle them with the right level of attention to maximize our chances to convert them into deals. Qualify leads/sales opportunities from outbound marketing campaigns
  • Own the responsibility to grow the business in France and Europe. Collaborate with your own Sales Development Representative Team, go to events & meetups, etc
  • Follow up and nurture your pipe to get people excited across larger deals. We address companies between 1k to 10k employees and close deals between 50 and 100k.
  • Participate in building the Sales Playbook, build tomorrow’s sales foundation & strategy from your experience
